Tarja Turunen Is A Mom!

Metal Shock Finland reports:

"On Wednesday (November 28th), singer TARJA TURUNEN (ex-NIGHTWISH) published on her official Facebook page, a picture which caused a wild rumor mill. In the picture (see below) she holds in her arms a small baby. 

“Is time to go to the airport. In few days a new tour will start in Germany :) It will be a very special one for us indeed. See you all very soon!”, Turunen wrote.

Now Turunen’s spokeswoman confirms that the woman in the picture is really Tarja Turunen, with her husband Marcelo Cabulin‘s child.

“The baby is their biological child”, Turunen spokeswoman Taija Holm confirms to Iltalehti.

The former Nightwish singer managed to keep secret her pregnancy, up to the end."

Tarja previously announced that, unfortunately, the string of Christmas concerts with her new project HARUS were cancelled due to unexpected family reasons.

Tarja will now be performing the previously scheduled dates with her quartet, which includes Mervi Myllyoja (violin), Max Lilja (cello) and Janne Hovi (piano).  If you have already bought your ticket for the Harus concert, your ticket is valid for quartet concert. Tarja and Mike Terrana (ex-RAGE), with orchestra and choir, have announced the first dates for their Beauty And The Beat World Tour 2013, taking place in April/May.  Confirmed dates include:

6 - Kongresové Centrum - Zlin, Czech Republic
7 - Kongresové Centrum - Prague, Czech Republic
11 - Sala Palatului - Bucharest, Romania 

The first Beauty And The Beat concert took place at the Roman Amphitheatre in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, in September 2011. The setlist included songs from Tarja's solo career, Nightwish covers, and classical pieces.

Az új szólóalbum a jövő nyár végére várható

Az ex-Nightwish pacsirta Tarja Turunennek megszületett az első gyermeke, és erről az örvendetes eseményről csak annak köszönhetően szerezhettünk tudomást, hogy szerdán az énekesnő kitett a Facebook oldalára egy fotót, amelyen már a babával látható.

"Ideje elindulni a reptérre. Pár nap múlva indul az új turné Németországban. Ez tényleg egy különleges körút lesz." - írta Tarja a fotó mellé.

Az énekesnő sajtósa később megerősítette, hogy a képen Tarja valóban az első gyermekét tartja a kezében. Ismeretes, hogy a jelenleg Buenos Airesben élő Tarja férje, Marcelo Cabuli egyben a menedzsere is. Gratulálunk nekik a babához!

Ami Tarja új szólóalbumát illeti, azon továbbra is folyik a munka, a lemez megjelenése a jövő nyár végére várható.

Miután Anette Olzon kikerült a Nightwishből, természetesen Tarját is megkérdezték, hogy gondol-e a visszatérésre, de erre ő csak viccesen ennyit mondott:

"Abban az esetben csatlakoznék újra a Nightwish-hez, ha az összes tag lecserélődne, akárcsak a banda menedzsmentje."

Tarja azt is hozzátette, hogy cseppet sem lepte meg Anette távozása.
